my name is nazareth and in today’s video i’m simply going to be talking about my experience with better help um this video remains in no other way to prevent any of you men watching this video to not look for help or recommendations or counseling from the service better help this is just my individual experience um so if you require help at all or you’re worrying or whatever if you require suggestions please look for help whether that be with better help or another therapy service please get help counseling and therapy in general is essential and so advantageous um for us since i understand personally you understand i juggle a lot and you know my anxiety often it gets the best of me you understand and it constantly feels good to have an expert help you know um i’m the type of person that i do not want to pour or vent or put a lot on individuals that i like that’s close to me like i do not wish to drain them with my issues although i will go to them if it’s something like damaging and i need to talk about you know however i’m simply not the individual to call someone every day like oh i’m so stressed out or you know like oh like i just feel like that’s draining so that’s why i looked for therapy i looked for a therapist um better help was constantly mentioned in like other youtubers videos like kelly stamps that i watch i enjoy her um she constantly recommended it or did like um she was sponsored by them so she would always promote it and i’m like you understand what it was a point in my life where like i needed some professional help um just some recommendations just somebody to listen to me um while i vent you know i just required that help so i was like let me provide better hope a try and um so i joined the month-to-month subscription for about 275 dollars um and i was designated a therapist and you know she sends a message that basically says like um hey there welcome um tell me about yourself i sent a short intro about who i am um why i picked betterhelp for help and um so that was that so then she sent me another action because everything was online so it resembles
i believe it was arranged for like 3 30 so at 2 30 that day i got an e-mail alert that i have a message from my counselor on the better help site so i log in to learn that she canceled so best then and there i resemble all right like perhaps something happened you know like perhaps it was like a last minute thing that she had to like take care of i’m a really comprehending person if anything so i was like alright cool like although i was extremely excited to finally speak with her to lastly you understand speak to her i was like fine it’s alright you understand so i simply went on about my day so the next day i received an e-mail from her like hey i’m sorry that i had to cancel but you can reschedule okay so i said all right that’s great um what dates are you available so she sent me the dates that she’s available once again which was another week out from the day that we were talking so i’m much like wow you understand like you canceled on me and now i can’t like you’re not trying to squeak me in like within the next 2 days or three days you schedule me another week out but i’m like all right possibly she’s hectic like maybe she has a lot of bookends that she can’t squeeze me in perhaps i’m just making up all these like made these presumptions all right so i rescheduled y’ all the second scheduled meeting shows up a lot to you not an hour before we’re expected to satisfy she cancels she cancels so now there’s no excuse i’m pissed this is expected to be a professional
service this isn’t simply some like ranking thing like this is expected to be professional this this is an organization like why aren’t you offered now i’m just at the point like alright i can’t do this so i just reacted very quickly so i just because they have the alternative to request a new counselor if you’re not like satisfied with the one that you had so i just right away like simply requested a brand-new therapist due to the fact that i was just fed up so immediately it just like totally wipes out the conversation that you had with the previous counselor which i idea was unusual because i i wanted to copy and paste what i had actually stated to her about like my introduction since i noticed that as quickly as they signed me to another therapist they asked the same questions like tell me about yourself so i wished to attempt to like copy and paste what i had actually informed the previous counselor to tell this brand-new counselor however the messages were gone and i’m like okay like that’s unusual like what if i wished to examine there what if like we were messaging about something crucial and she provided me some advice however which she didn’t however i’m saying what if and after that everything is just erased so um so this man says the exact same thing tell me about yourself blah blah and i’m.
